# Agents & integrations

> A consistent data contract for applications and AI agents.

MCP tools, agent skills and client libraries are planned interfaces. No Farelint MCP server or official assistant integration is available today.

## Planned MCP capabilities

Discover enabled carriers and their limits, estimate a workload, request a collection, read its status and inspect observations. Each tool should expose the same timestamps, source status and budget limits as the API.

## Keep agents within budget

Use explicit per-request and workspace caps. Require an estimate before expanding date windows or enabling recurring work. An agent should not treat unknown availability as an empty result or describe an observation as a confirmed booking.

## Integrate from your backend

The intended REST contract can be called from any server-side language. Keep credentials out of browsers. Polling, idempotent retries, signed webhook verification and delivery deduplication belong in your integration layer.

## Documentation access

These pages describe the developing contract. Their existence does not imply marketplace approval by ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant provider.
